本研究依托染色质免疫共沉淀测序(Chromatin Immunoprecipitation sequencing,ChIP-seq)技术,在纯化的小鼠足细胞(murine podocytes)中,针对阿霉素(Adriamycin,ADR)诱导的足细胞损伤时间进程,对关键转录因子Wt1进行了基因组结合谱分析。实验设计概述:通过高通量测序技术,对阿霉素诱导的足细胞损伤过程中Wt1的基因组结合与占据情况开展谱图分析。
