Epigenomes in thermophilic microbial communities and their impact on the interaction across prokaryotes and mobilomes

A genome dataset of prokaryotes, viruses, and extrachromosomal circular genomes. The metagenome-assembled genomes (MAGs) and single-cell amplified genomes (SAGs) were generated in the culture-independent, community-wide microbial epigenomic analysis (metaepigenomic analysis) of hot spring biofilm samples.
