AIMS Service or Tool - Reef Health Simulator

This interactive online tool provides access to the outputs of a Bayesian Network modelling framework to integrate lower-level submodels of future warming, coral damage, coral recovery, coral adaptation, and algal herbivory, into a continuous causal chain. The integrated model allows prediction of ecological endpoints that reflect important management concerns, namely coral cover and composition.The tool shows how reef health is impacted over time by allowing the user to change the various inputs to the model.The tool has been archived and no longer operational
