Based on Mimics software, a 3D reconstruction model in stereolithography STL format was roughly constructed using specific patient's left end diastolic CT images. Optimize the model using Solidworks software. Based on the geometric dimensions of Corheart 6 LVAD, redraw the geometry of LVAD IC using Solidworks software. Generate computational grids using ANSYS software. The left ventricular model is meshed using unstructured grids. Modify the total number of grids by reducing the grid size. Three grid models of 1.08 million, 1.54 million, and 2.1 million units were used to further verify grid independence. The process of model reconstruction is shown in Figure 1.
本数据集以Mimics软件(Mimics software)为基础,利用特定患者的左心室舒张末期CT影像初步构建了立体光刻(STL)格式的三维重建模型。采用SolidWorks软件对该模型进行优化;基于Corheart 6型左心室辅助装置(Left Ventricular Assist Device, LVAD)的几何尺寸,通过SolidWorks软件重新绘制LVAD IC的几何结构。利用ANSYS软件生成计算网格,其中左心室模型采用非结构化网格划分。通过减小网格尺寸调整总网格数量,分别构建108万、154万及210万单元的三类网格模型,以进一步验证网格无关性。模型重建流程如图1所示。
