This data represents repeated immunohistochemical staining and stripping (elution) cycles of an array tomography tissue ribbon from mouse barrel cortex following chessboard deprivation. Included are images from consecutive 70 nm serial sections aligned to produce a high-resolution volumetric reconstruction of a given antibody stain.

本数据集涵盖了经棋盘式感觉剥夺（chessboard deprivation）处理后，小鼠桶状皮层（mouse barrel cortex）的阵列断层成像（array tomography）组织带所经历的重复免疫组织化学染色与洗脱（stripping, elution）循环实验。所包含的图像均取自连续70 nm厚度的系列切片，经对齐配准后，可针对某一特定抗体染色构建高分辨率容积重建结果。
