Transcriptome sequencing of Chlamydomonas reinhardtii strains of different ploidy levels

The goal of this project is to investigate gene expression in Chlamydomonas reinhardtii strains with varying ploidy levels. We aim to understand the impact of genome duplication and genome merging on the transcriptome.
