Transcriptome sequencing of Chlamydomonas reinhardtii strains of different ploidy levels

The goal of this project is to investigate gene expression in Chlamydomonas reinhardtii strains with varying ploidy levels. We aim to understand the impact of genome duplication and genome merging on the transcriptome.本研究旨在探究不同倍性水平的莱茵衣藻（Chlamydomonas reinhardtii）菌株的基因表达特征，以解析基因组复制与基因组融合对转录组（transcriptome）所产生的影响。
