Genes sequences (in fasta) of all strains

Here are the DNA sequences (in FASTA format) of all genes present in all strains of the following species - P. tetraurelia, P. biaurelia, P. sexaurelia, P. caudatum, and P. multimicronucleatum. These files were generated when performing analyses in the manuscript - "A population-genetic lens into the process of gene loss following whole-genome duplication".本数据集收录了下述物种所有菌株的全部基因DNA序列，文件格式为FASTA：P. tetraurelia、P. biaurelia、P. sexaurelia、P. caudatum 及 P. multimicronucleatum。上述文件均为论文《全基因组复制后基因丢失过程的群体遗传学视角》（A population-genetic lens into the process of gene loss following whole-genome duplication）中开展相关分析时生成的。
