Leptin deficient mice is an appealing model for studying of metabolic syndromes. In this data, we provide 7 different tissues’ RNA-seq reads for each leptin-deficient mice (ob/ob) and wild type mice. Ob/ob and WT mice have been raised on two different diets; Normal diet and high fat diet. Each mouse has been dissected after 20 weeks and 7 tissues, which are hypothalamus, hippocampus, epididymal fat, liver, aorta, skeletal muscles, and heart, have been sequenced for transcripts.

瘦素缺陷型小鼠(Leptin-deficient mice)是研究代谢综合征(metabolic syndromes)的理想动物模型。本数据集为每只ob/ob瘦素缺陷型小鼠与野生型(wild type, WT)小鼠提供了7种不同组织的RNA测序(RNA-seq)读段数据。ob/ob小鼠与WT小鼠分别饲喂两种日粮:常规日粮与高脂日粮。所有小鼠均饲养20周后实施安乐死并解剖,采集下丘脑(hypothalamus)、海马体(hippocampus)、附睾脂肪(epididymal fat)、肝脏(liver)、主动脉(aorta)、骨骼肌(skeletal muscle)与心脏(heart)共7种组织进行转录本测序。
