Ob/ob and WT mice transcriptome sequencing

Leptin deficient mice is an appealing model for studying of metabolic syndromes. In this data, we provide 7 different tissues’ RNA-seq reads for each leptin-deficient mice (ob/ob) and wild type mice. Ob/ob and WT mice have been raised on two different diets; Normal diet and high fat diet. Each mouse has been dissected after 20 weeks and 7 tissues, which are hypothalamus, hippocampus, epididymal fat, liver, aorta, skeletal muscles, and heart, have been sequenced for transcripts.瘦素缺陷型小鼠（Leptin-deficient mice）是研究代谢综合征（metabolic syndromes）的理想动物模型。本数据集为每只ob/ob瘦素缺陷型小鼠与野生型（wild type, WT）小鼠提供了7种不同组织的RNA测序（RNA-seq）读段数据。ob/ob小鼠与WT小鼠分别饲喂两种日粮：常规日粮与高脂日粮。所有小鼠均饲养20周后实施安乐死并解剖，采集下丘脑（hypothalamus）、海马体（hippocampus）、附睾脂肪（epididymal fat）、肝脏（liver）、主动脉（aorta）、骨骼肌（skeletal muscle）与心脏（heart）共7种组织进行转录本测序。
