Genome wide expression change by RNF181 knockdown in MCF-7 cells

We aim to the investigate the role of RNF181 in breast cancer progression. MCF-7 cells were used as the model , RNF181 was silenced by siRNA. Overall design: The MCF-7 cells were treated with 50nM stramble siRNA and siRNF181. After 48 hours, cells were harvested and the total RNA was extacted by Qiagen kit. The RNA sample was sent to BGI for RNA expression anaylsis.

本研究旨在探究环指蛋白181（RNF181）在乳腺癌进展中的作用。本研究以MCF-7细胞为实验模型，通过小干扰RNA（siRNA）沉默RNF181的表达。实验设计：将MCF-7细胞分别用50nM的乱序小干扰RNA（scrambled siRNA）以及siRNF181进行处理。培养48小时后，收集细胞并使用Qiagen试剂盒提取总RNA。将提取的RNA样本送至华大基因（BGI）进行RNA表达分析。
