Genome of the Northern pig-tailed macaque (Macaca leonina)

Here, we released the genome of Northern pig-tailed macaque (Macaca leonina), which covered three files (genome assembly, gene annotation and CDS). These files were named by NPM_genome1.0.fa.gz, NPM_genome1.0.gff and NPM_genome1.0.cds, respectively.本数据集公开北豚尾猴（学名Macaca leonina）的基因组相关数据，包含三类文件：基因组组装文件、基因注释文件与编码序列（Coding DNA Sequence，CDS）文件。上述文件分别命名为NPM_genome1.0.fa.gz、NPM_genome1.0.gff及NPM_genome1.0.cds。
