Canonical and biological pathways found by IPA in the D1 vs. D9 hatchling contrast. The AR-DEGs identified in the D1 vs. D9 contrast were assigned by IPA to overrepresented canonical and functional and pathways. IPA uses Fisher’s Exact Test to determine probability (P ≤ 0.05) of each AR-DEG belonging to a particular canonical pathway or biological function. Each worksheet provides a list of AR-DEGs assigned to particular canonical pathways or biological functions, annotated with gene symbol, Entrez name, log2 ratio, cellular compartment, type and Entrez protein ID. 本数据集收录了通过Ingenuity通路分析(Ingenuity Pathway Analysis, IPA)在D1与D9孵化幼体组间对比中鉴定得到的经典通路与生物学通路。
在D1与D9组间对比中鉴定得到的雄激素受体相关差异表达基因(Androgen Receptor-associated Differentially Expressed Genes, AR-DEGs)经IPA注释,被分配至富集的经典通路与功能通路。
IPA采用费希尔精确检验(Fisher’s Exact Test)计算每个AR-DEG属于某一特定经典通路或生物学功能的概率,显著性阈值设置为P≤0.05。
每个工作表均列出了分配至特定经典通路或生物学功能的AR-DEGs,并附带基因符号、Entrez基因名、log2比值、细胞定位、基因类型以及Entrez蛋白ID的注释信息。(XLSX格式,文件大小31 KB)
