The data shared here were collected as part of the SHEAR project funded by the Swiss National Science Foundation under the grant number: 200021E_189448. RF_Peak_Amplitude_V -> The targetted RF peak amplitudeMeasured_RF_Peak_to_Peak_Amplitude_V -> The measured RF peak to peak amplitudeRatio_Ag/Ap -> The geometrical area ratio set during the measurementDCShift_V -> the DC shift if any applied on the Langmuir probe measurementRFEA_or_LP -> Wether the measurement is retarding field Energy analyser (RFEA) or Langmuir probe (LP) measurement.Data_filename -> The filename of the corresponding measurment datafile.
