This zip contains CAD files for a micro-fluidic channel scaffold (dimension: 40µm x 300µm) and a custom-made molding device to embed the printed channel scaffold in PDMS. Furthermore, we provide a full printing profile for slicing software Cura (Version 2.6.1), optimized to print the aforementioned channel scaffold using a Ultimaker 2+ 3D printer equipped with a 250µm printer nozzle and PVA as printing filament. Besides, an exemplary G-code can be downloaded that corrects the printer nozzle height if the channel scaffold should be printed on a coverslip without changing the build-plate leveling.<br>This files are supplementary information to our paper "3D printed water soluble scaffolds for rapid production of PDMS micro-fluidic flow chambers".
