NIR individual complete dataset

Complete dataset with individuals per row for four different body patches. Information on NIR reflectivity, Visible reflectivity, environmental variables and body size. NOTE: Residuals presented for the relationship between visible and NIR reflectivity at the individual level, however, analyses in paper were done at the species level so that column was recalculated in each analysis using a different tree.

本数据集以每行代表一个个体的形式，涵盖四个不同身体区域的相关数据，包含近红外（NIR）反射率、可见光反射率、环境变量以及体型相关信息。注：本数据集提供了个体层面可见光反射率与近红外反射率之间关系的残差项；但论文中的分析均基于物种层面开展，因此在每次分析中均使用不同的系统发育树（tree）对该列数据进行了重新计算。
