This item contains the summary reports for LCA inference of MEAM1 proteins with MMseqs2 taxonomy (LCA1: single search LCA, LCA2: approximate 2bLCA, and LCA4: best hit) as well as the links to the Pavian application to visualize the output.

本数据集包含MEAM1蛋白基于MMseqs2分类学的最低共同祖先（Last Common Ancestor, LCA）推断结果汇总报告，其中LCA1对应单次搜索最低共同祖先（single search LCA）、LCA2对应近似2bLCA，LCA4对应最佳匹配（best hit）；此外还提供了用于可视化该数据集输出结果的Pavian应用程序链接。
