RNA-Seq on common bacterial pathogens in the presence vs absence of a variety of antibiotics. Two susceptible and two resistant isolates were exposed to antibiotics in laboratory culture, total RNA was extracted at various timepoints from cultures with and without antibiotics, and cDNA libraries were prepared for Illumina sequencing.

针对常见细菌病原体在多种抗生素存在与缺失条件下的RNA测序（RNA-Seq）实验。本实验选取两株敏感菌株与两株耐药菌株，在实验室培养体系中施加抗生素处理；分别于多个时间点从施加与未施加抗生素的培养物中提取总RNA，并构建互补脱氧核糖核酸（cDNA）文库以用于Illumina测序。
