Based on the interface mechanics theory and simulation analysis in Dataset 1, process parameter optimization was achieved. Subsequently, the fabrication of test specimens for mechanical performance testing was completed. The process compatibility between domestically produced aramid paper honeycomb cores and their matched molding materials was evaluated and verified through performance tests and morphological analysis. This dataset primarily records model diagrams, plotting data, experimental photographs, and other relevant materials, with a total data volume of 3.3 MB.
