本数据集采用负离子模式液相色谱-质谱联用（Liquid Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry, LC-MS）技术，对番茄野生型（Wild Type, WT）、gbp1-c4及gbp1-c8独立突变株系的开花后15天（Days Post Anthesis, DPA）、20 DPA、25 DPA及红熟期的果实果皮样本进行代谢组学表征分析。
