智慧財產局為使各界對著作權觀念有基礎的認識，分別就著作權法中之各章節(著作及著作人、著作權、著作財產權之讓與、行使及消滅、合理使用、著作權集體管理團體、著作權侵害之救濟 、罰則等)撰寫日常生活中常見的問題及解答，製作成「認識著作權」於政府資料開放平臺提供公眾免費下載使用。
To help the general public gain a basic understanding of copyright concepts, the Intellectual Property Office has compiled common daily questions and answers based on each chapter of the Copyright Act, covering topics including Works and Authors, Copyright, Assignment, Exercise and Termination of Copyright Property Rights, Fair Use, Copyright Collective Management Organizations, Remedies for Copyright Infringement, and Penalties. The compiled content titled "Understanding Copyright" is provided for free public download and use on the Government Open Data Platform.
