This repository contains the CVR index files for the sound recordings of Aline (1 plot) and Mascote island (4 plots), located in the Balbina Hydroelectric Reservoir in Brazilian Amazonia. At each plot, ecoacoustic recordings were collected for 1 minute every 5 minutes for a total of 5 days (1440 recordings/site) using a 44,100 Hz sampling rate.The CVR-index was calculated using default values in the AnalysisPrograms.exe software package by the QUT Ecoacoustics Group.This data is used in the case study and vignette for the soundscapeR R-package, available on GitHub here: https://github.com/ThomasLuypaert/soundscapeR
本仓库包含巴西亚马孙地区巴尔比纳水电站水库内两组样地的声学录音对应的CVR指数（CVR index）文件，其中Aline样地1块、Mascote岛样地4块。所有样地均以44100Hz的采样率采集生态声学录音：每5分钟录制1分钟，总采集时长共计5天，单站点累计录制1440条音频。CVR指数由QUT生态声学研究组使用AnalysisPrograms.exe软件包的默认参数计算得到。本数据集可用于GitHub开源的soundscapeR R包的案例研究与配套示例文档，其仓库地址为：https://github.com/ThomasLuypaert/soundscapeR
