A study on the “Influence of developing early leadership skills during theeducation phase and its impact into success in corporate jobs for students inBangalore

This doctoral research explores the impact of developing leadership skills during the school and college years on long-term corporate success. Using a mixed-methods approach, the study surveyed 143 students and 186 corporate professionals in Bangalore, analyzing how early exposure to leadership roles and extracurricular activities correlates with critical workplace competencies such as decision-making, communication, and project management. The findings provide insights for educators, HR leaders, and policymakers to embed leadership training in curricula and corporate talent pipelines.
