Sampled structural ensembles of tp-CP12 homodimer by 1.5 ns restrained-ensemble MD simulations that fit with both SAXS and SDSL-EPR experimental data. A README file with the contents of the dataset is included.通过1.5纳秒约束系综分子动力学（Molecular Dynamics, MD）模拟采样得到的tp-CP12同源二聚体结构系综，该系综同时符合小角X射线散射（Small-Angle X-ray Scattering, SAXS）与自旋标记电子顺磁共振（Site-Directed Spin Labeling-Electron Paramagnetic Resonance, SDSL-EPR）实验数据。本数据集附带一份包含数据集内容说明的README文件。
