Mutations were made at various residues in two regions on interest (the Cap region and internal fusion loop region) of the MARV GP.

Summary of the pseudotyped mutant virus infectivity and inhibition with Toremifene. The mutants in the cap region with % infectivity in brackets suggested there might be a shift in potency when tested with Toremifene at 10 uM. Full dose response curves were performed for these mutants and there was no change in potency.
