Fungal communities of the volcanic island Surtsey

Fungal communities inhabiting three distinct substrates (bare lava; lava underneath a bird cliff with abundant gull deposits; and sand-filled lava deposits) were analyzed using Illumina MiSeq sequenced Internal Transcribed Spacer 2 (ITS2) markers.

针对栖息于三种不同基质（裸露熔岩、海鸟崖下富含海鸥粪便的熔岩及充填砂粒的熔岩堆积物）的真菌群落，本研究采用Illumina MiSeq测序的内部转录间隔区2（Internal Transcribed Spacer 2，ITS2）标记开展分析。
