Quantification of T cell of 40 human samples

The raw counts of four featrues including gene expression by HTSeq, isoform expression by RSEM, splicing junction by STAR, and gene expression which only exonic reads was quantified (ExonOnly) by HTSeq. using the Gencode version 19 annotation. And the other file includes the value of highly variable genes from ExonOnly after rlog transformation and batch correction using ComBat.

本数据集包含四类特征的原始计数：一是通过HTSeq（HTSeq）定量得到的基因表达原始计数；二是通过RSEM（RSEM）定量得到的转录本异构体表达原始计数；三是通过STAR（STAR）得到的剪接接头原始计数；四是仅利用外显子读段定量、由HTSeq（HTSeq）完成的基因表达原始计数（ExonOnly）。所有定量分析均基于Gencode版本19注释集（Gencode version 19 annotation）开展。另有一份文件收录了经rlog转换（rlog transformation）并通过ComBat（ComBat）完成批次校正后，来自ExonOnly的高可变基因数值。
