In order to understand the role of Hippo pathway in mice testes, we inactivated lats1/2 in a transgenic mouse model using the cre recombinase system in Sertoli cells. RNAseq analysis on whole e15.5 testes were performed on male mice RNAseq gene expression profile for WT (Lats1flox/flox;Lats2flox/flox) and KO mice adrenal glands (Lats1flox/flox;Lats2flox/flox;Amh-cre) (n=3/group)
为阐明Hippo通路(Hippo pathway)在小鼠睾丸中的作用,我们在转基因小鼠模型的支持细胞(Sertoli cells)中,利用Cre重组酶(Cre recombinase)系统灭活了Lats1/2基因。随后,针对雄性野生型(WT:Lats1flox/flox;Lats2flox/flox)小鼠与敲除型(KO:Lats1flox/flox;Lats2flox/flox;Amh-cre)小鼠的E15.5期全睾丸组织,以及KO小鼠的肾上腺组织,开展了RNA测序(RNAseq)基因表达谱分析,每组设置3个生物学重复(n=3/group)。
