This dataset originates from Task 3 "Civilian Dyed Weaving Demonstration Line" of the Key Special Project of Intelligent Robotics under the National Key R&D Program of China, titled "Key Technologies and Application Demonstration of Robot Automation for Textile Weaving Industry" (Project No.: 2022YFB4700600). This dataset was developed to meet the research and application demands in fields such as robot automation in the textile industry, production line system integration and intelligent scheduling. It is generated and recorded in real time under the hierarchical distributed modular common architecture by deploying the "Integrated System of Dyed Weaving Robot Automation Production Line" software on the civilian dyed weaving demonstration line of Lutai Textile Co., Ltd. The core value of this dataset lies in verifying the integration advantages of the common architecture, realizing end-to-end interconnection, real-time monitoring and anomaly detection of the entire production line, and significantly improving the intelligent level and management decision-making efficiency of the textile weaving industry. The dataset records the robot operation trajectories and position information covering the entire dyed weaving production process including winding, warping, sizing, weaving and sorting. The main contents are as follows: 1. Quantitative indicator data: Configuration data of 15 types of robots, 35 sets of equipment and 9 sets of machine vision systems measured by authoritative inspection institutions, as well as key performance indicators including 95% production line automation rate, 35% labor replacement rate (frontline workforce reduced from 181 to 118 persons), and mean time between failures (MTBF) of core wearing parts ≥8000 hours. It also includes test data of the software system. 2. On-site operation logs: Include equipment ID, status (online/offline), real-time position information and second-level reporting timestamps of core equipment such as doffing composite robots, yarn hanging robots, cone yarn transfer robots and unstacking robots, covering typical operation cycles such as October 2025. 3. Theoretical model design and implementation of the software system: Design and implementation of the process integration and information management system for dyed weaving production line with multi-robot collaboration. It includes research achievements such as software system architecture diagrams, on-site implementation diagrams and user interfaces of the dyed weaving robot automated production line. 4. In terms of data scale, this dataset is highly consistent with the actual production line configuration, and includes real-time operation trajectory data of 15 types and 35 sets of robots, interaction data of 9 sets of visual recognition systems, and automated operation records for 19 fully automated refined working procedures. This dataset provides a reliable and authentic measurement basis and operation benchmark for the realization of "machine replacement" in the dyed weaving industry.
