Maize cold stress RNAseq timecourse

We investigated the transcriptome of two Zea mays inbred genotypes, B73 and Mo17, under control and cold stress conditions in growth chambers. Leaves from 3 plants per genotype per timepoint per treatment were pooled to create one sample. A subset of samples had 3 experimental replicates.

本研究针对生长箱内两个玉米（Zea mays）近交基因型B73与Mo17，在对照与冷胁迫条件下的转录组（transcriptome）开展分析。将每个基因型、每个时间点、每个处理下的3株植株的叶片混样，制备为一份样本。部分样本设置了3次实验重复（experimental replicates）。
