Endogenous fungi from wheat ITS2 Raw sequence reads

The main aim of this work was to know the structure of endogenous fungal communities in winter and spring wheat cultivars raised under different growth conditions to investigate the effects of the host genotype, its organs and plant growth conditions on the composition and distribution of fungi in wheat plants.

本研究的核心目标为解析不同生长条件下栽培的冬、春小麦品种的内生真菌群落结构，并探究宿主基因型、植株器官及生长条件对小麦植株内真菌群落组成与分布的影响。
