Taxonomic classification of operational taxonomic units (OTUs) whose relative abundances in the microbiotae were significantly altered after periodontal therapy.

Significant differences in each OTU were assessed using Wilcoxon signed-rank tests. P values<0.05 were considered statistically significant.
