Sampling location was in Shenbei Campus of China Medical University. PCR amplification of the bacterial 16S rRNA genes V3 to V4 region was performed using the forward primer 338F and the reverse primer 806R.

采样地点为中国医科大学沈北校区。采用正向引物338F与反向引物806R，对细菌16S核糖体RNA（16S rRNA）基因的V3至V4区域进行聚合酶链式反应（PCR）扩增。
