Raw paired-end sequencing of Cryptosporidium parvum AOX-knockout strain

Cryptosporidium parvum is an apicomplexan parasite that causes diarrheal disease in humans and animals. Here, we performed paired-end sequencing of oocysts isolated from GKO mice infected with aC. parvum strain lacking the AOX (alternative oxidase) gene, which was disrupted using CRISPR-Cas9 genome editing.
