Analysis of KN69 binding RNA

We developed a ssRNA binding low molecular compound, KN69. KN69 showed therapeutic effect on mice RA and SLE models. To clarify the endogenous target RNA of KN69, we clarified KN69 binding RNAs by RNA-seq analysis.

本研究开发了一种可结合单链RNA（single-stranded RNA, ssRNA）的低分子化合物KN69。KN69在小鼠类风湿关节炎（Rheumatoid Arthritis, RA）与系统性红斑狼疮（Systemic Lupus Erythematosus, SLE）模型中展现出治疗效果。为阐明KN69的内源性靶RNA，我们通过RNA测序（RNA-seq）分析鉴定了KN69所结合的RNA。
