Investigate the role of FOXO3a in the ApoA1 induced KRT14 suppression. 4T1 with ApoA1-over expression were cultured for 24h. CHIP-seq was performed in 4T1ApoA1 lysis by using Anti-FOXO3a.本研究旨在探究叉头框蛋白O3a（FOXO3a）在载脂蛋白A1（ApoA1）诱导的角蛋白14（KRT14）表达抑制过程中所发挥的作用。将过表达ApoA1的4T1细胞培养24小时，随后采用抗FOXO3a抗体对4T1-ApoA1细胞裂解液进行染色质免疫共沉淀测序（CHIP-seq）。
