ddRAD sequencing data from the edible periwinkle (<em>Littorina littorea</em>)

ddRAD sequencing data from the edible periwinkle (Littorina littorea) were generated from five pooled and barcoded libraries. Both forward and reverse reads (FASTQ files) are publicly available on the NCBI Sequence Read Archive under accession number PRJNA1251583 (BioProject ID: 1251583). Detailed sample metadata can be found on the same NCBI project page. Additional biological and supplementary information is available in the Dryad Digital Repository. All scripts used for processing and analyzing the data are provided in the accompanying .txt file. This ddRAD dataset has been used in two peer-reviewed publications: 1) Pelagic Larval Duration and Isolation by Distance in Coastal Species; and 2) Genomic Population Structure and Local Adaptation in the Emerging Commercially Exploited Littorina littorea.
