Phase II Study of Perindopril and Regorafenib in mCRC

The purpose of this study is to find out what effects the combination of regorafenib and perindopril has on hand-foot skin reaction (HFSR), on high blood pressure (hypertension) and on any other types of side-effects and compare it to the published incidence of the side-effects with regorafenib alone. This research is being done in an attempt to reduce the side-effects associated with regorafenib.本研究旨在探究瑞戈非尼（regorafenib）与培哚普利（perindopril）联合用药对手足皮肤反应（hand-foot skin reaction, HFSR）、高血压（hypertension）及其他各类不良反应的影响，并将其与单用瑞戈非尼时已发表的不良反应发生率进行对比。 本研究旨在降低瑞戈非尼相关不良反应的发生率。
