We looked at soil characteristics including a multitude of abiotic soil features and the soil bacterial community comparing habitats of widespread salamander species to those of microendemics in Virginia, USA.本研究针对美国弗吉尼亚州的广分布蝾螈物种栖息地与微特有物种栖息地开展对比分析，系统考察了两类栖息地的土壤特性，涵盖多类非生物土壤特征与土壤细菌群落。
