Files containing a roadmap to creating the Receptor binding protein deletion mutant (DBL1424) as well as the in cis complement strain (DBL1701) and a Breseq output file showing genotypes for these strains compared to the USA011R genome. <br>Also included are .fasta files for each of the constructs, as well as unmodified primary pictures underlying figures in the manuscript.<br>I also include an overlay picture showing activity (or lack thereof) of tailocin preparations (supernatant and PEG prepared) against a suite Pseudomonas syringae pv. syringae B728a (aka DAB2). A white box indicates preparations from P. aeruginosa PAO1.<br>Lastly, I include an unaltered picture showing the retest of tailocin sensitivity from colonies of PsyB728a that grew on plants despite treatment with supernatants containing tailocins that work against this strain.
