Raw monitor files generated by PySolo-Video using a FlyBox locomotor recording system constructed in-house. Data within each file corresponds to a single Cx. pipiens mosquito maintained in a well of a 24-well plate, provisioned with sugar water through a small piece of cotton, and recorded for a period of at least 4 days. Locomotor data was calculated by measuring the distance each mosquito traveled in pixels based on images captured every 10 seconds throughout the duration of the recording period.
