Locomotor data

Raw monitor files generated by PySolo-Video using a FlyBox locomotor recording system constructed in-house. Data within each file corresponds to a single Cx. pipiens mosquito maintained in a well of a 24-well plate, provisioned with sugar water through a small piece of cotton, and recorded for a period of at least 4 days. Locomotor data was calculated by measuring the distance each mosquito traveled in pixels based on images captured every 10 seconds throughout the duration of the recording period.本数据集为采用自研搭建的FlyBox运动记录系统（locomotor recording system），结合PySolo-Video软件生成的原始监测文件。每份文件的数据对应单只饲养于24孔板单孔内的尖音库蚊（Cx. pipiens），该蚊虫通过小块棉片获取糖水，且记录时长不少于4天。运动数据基于记录全程每10秒采集的图像，通过测量每只蚊虫的移动像素距离计算得到。
