Using transcriptomics and bioinformatics analyses, the nucleotide sequence of the heat-resistant gene HSFA3 was identified from poplar. Subsequently, molecular cloning technology was employed to clone the target heat-resistant gene and construct the expression vector. The recombinant vector was then transformed into 84K poplar via the leaf disk method, and the heat tolerance of poplar plants overexpressing HSFA3 was significantly enhanced.
