Single-cell RNA-sequencing on Pax7-tdTomato muscle satellite cells

Single-cell RNA-sequencing was performed on mouse muscle stem cells (satellite cells). Muscle stem cells were labeled with tdTomato for FACS isolation, and the cells were sequenced with Fluidigm C1 for single-cell RNA-sequencing in order to reveal heterogeneity of muscle stem cells.

本研究对小鼠肌肉干细胞（肌卫星细胞，satellite cells）开展了单细胞RNA测序（single-cell RNA-sequencing）：研究人员通过tdTomato标记目标细胞，以借助荧光激活细胞分选（fluorescence-activated cell sorting，FACS）完成分离，随后采用Fluidigm C1平台对上述细胞进行单细胞RNA测序，旨在揭示肌肉干细胞的异质性。
