A total of 33 samples from two Dendrocaramus sinicus culm types at four developmental stages were sequenced using a BGISEQ-500 sequencer. Transcriptomes were assembled using Trinity de novo assembly followed by annotation. In total, 339,221 unigenes with a mean length of 2,001 bp and N50 length of 2,825 bp were obtained, and 244,534 (72.1%) unigenes were successfully annotated. Then, 94,692 simple sequence repeats (SSRs) were identified in 72,609 unigenes, and 10,236 transcription factors were predicted.
本研究采用BGISEQ-500测序仪,对Dendrocaramus sinicus的两种秆型的4个发育阶段共计33份样本进行转录组测序。随后利用Trinity软件完成从头转录组组装并进行功能注释,共获得339221条Unigene序列,其平均长度为2001 bp,N50长度为2825 bp;其中244534条(占比72.1%)Unigene序列成功获得注释。此外,在72609条Unigene序列中共鉴定出94692个简单序列重复(simple sequence repeats, SSRs),并预测得到10236个转录因子(transcription factors)。
