本数据集为用于单样本基因集富集分析(single-sample Gene Set Enrichment Analysis, ssGSEA)的基因表达数据,来源于aP2-Cre;R26tdTomato与Cdh5-Cre;R26tdTomato转基因小鼠的胸锁乳突肌中经荧光激活细胞分选(Fluorescence-Activated Cell Sorting, FACS)分离得到的tdTomato阳性细胞。整体实验设计:我们对上述两种转基因小鼠的胸锁乳突肌内的FACS分选tdTomato阳性细胞开展了RNA测序。
