Transcription factor binding in liver tissue isolated from WT and GRdim mice

本研究报道了从野生型（WT）与GRdim小鼠中分离的肝脏组织内，糖皮质激素受体（GR）的染色质免疫共沉淀测序（ChIP-seq）及染色质免疫共沉淀外切酶测序（ChIP-exo）数据。通过对这两类小鼠模型的比较分析发现，GR既可作为单体又可作为二聚体与基因组结合。本研究在全基因组范围内，检测了GR、RNA聚合酶II（RNAPII）及CCAAT增强子结合蛋白β（CEBPβ）在WT与GRdim小鼠中的结合情况。
