Preprocessed OPP data for CGMap: one-shot parallel propagation at 10-hop distance

This dataset contains the preprocessed one-shot parallel propagation (OPP) matrices used by CGMap for cancer gene prioritization. It includes the hop-specific edge indices and attention weights for PPNet, PathNet and GGNet up to a maximum topological distance of 10 hops. Files:- hop_edge_index_PPNet_10- hop_edge_att_PPNet_10- hop_edge_index_PathNet_10- hop_edge_att_PathNet_10 To use these files, download them and place them in the OPP_info directory of the CGMap repository (https://github.com/Incendio1/CGMap). CGMap can then load the preprocessed OPP caches directly, avoiding the need to regenerate them.
