Whole genome sequencing of Neomusotima conspurcatalis

Whole genome shotgun sequencing of the biological control moth Neomusotima conspurcatalis. The Old World Climbing Fern, Lygodium microphyllum, is a highly invasive species in the southeastern United States. Ongoing management using biological control includes the moth Neomusotima conspurcatalis, for which we present a near-chromosome level assembly.
