PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a silicone acrylic graft copolymer resin capable of adding transparency and slidability and a manufacturing method therefor, and a coating agent containing the copolymer resin. SOLUTION: There is provided a silicone acrylic graft copolymer resin by polymerizing (A) polyorganosiloxane of 50 to 99 pts.mass, (B) an acrylic acid ester monomer and/or methacrylic acid ester monomer of 1 to 50 pts.mass, where total of the A component and the B component is 100 pts.mass, in which the (A) polyorganosiloxane has (a1) a R 2SiO1.0 unit of 80 to 99 mol% based on total mole of all siloxane units, and (a2) a RSiO1.5 unit and/or SiO2.0 of 1 to 20 mol% based on total mole of the all siloxane unit, and optionally may contain a R3SiO0.5 unit of 0 to 1 mol% based on total mole of all siloxane units. In the formulae, R is each independently an alkoxy group having 1 to 20 carbon atoms, a hydroxyl group, or a substituted or unsubstituted monovalent hydrocarbon group having 1 to 20 carbon atoms, at least one of R is an alkenyl group having 2 to 6 carbon atoms, or an alkyl group having 1 to 6 carbon atoms in which a part of hydrogen atom binding to the carbon atom of the alkyl group is substituted by a mercapto group, an acryloxy group or a methacryloxy group.SELECTED DRAWING: None

所要解决的技术问题:提供一种可赋予制品透明性与滑动性能的硅丙接枝共聚树脂及其制备方法,以及包含该共聚树脂的涂料剂。技术方案:本发明提供一种硅丙接枝共聚树脂,其通过将50~99质量份的(A)聚有机硅氧烷(polyorganosiloxane)与1~50质量份的(B)丙烯酸酯单体和/或甲基丙烯酸酯单体进行聚合制备得到,其中A组分与B组分的总质量为100质量份。其中,所述(A)聚有机硅氧烷包含以下结构单元:以所有硅氧烷单元的总摩尔数计,80~99mol%的(a1) R₂SiO₁.₀单元,以及1~20mol%的(a2) RSiO₁.₅单元和/或SiO₂.₀单元;且可任选包含以所有硅氧烷单元总摩尔数计0~1mol%的R₃SiO₀.₅单元。式中,R各自独立地为碳原子数1~20的烷氧基、羟基、取代或未取代的碳原子数1~20的一价烃基;且至少一个R为碳原子数2~6的烯基,或是烷基碳原子上的部分氢原子被巯基、丙烯酰氧基或甲基丙烯酰氧基取代的碳原子数1~6的烷基。附图说明:无
