Purpose:To identity genomic loci where MEIS2 binds at E14.5 in the LGE Methords: The CUT&Tag assay was performed using E14.5 LGEs dissected from wild-type CD1 mice and a MEIS2 mouse polyclonal antibody as described previously. 研究目的:鉴定小鼠胚胎第14.5天(E14.5)外侧神经节隆起(Lateral Ganglionic Eminence,LGE)中MEIS2结合的基因组位点。
实验方法:按照既往研究方案,使用从野生型CD1小鼠中解剖获取的E14.5外侧神经节隆起组织,结合MEIS2小鼠多克隆抗体,开展CUT&Tag实验。
实验结果:基于MEIS2文库存在显著富集、阴性对照数据集无富集的筛选标准,我们得到了包含13992个基因组位点的数据集。
实验整体设计:按照既往研究方案,使用从野生型CD1小鼠中解剖获取的E14.5外侧神经节隆起组织,结合MEIS2小鼠多克隆抗体,开展CUT&Tag实验。
